Brexit - Implications, Challenges and Opportunities for Ireland"
The decision of Britain to leave the European Union will have wide ranging and significant effects throughout Ireland. From exporting and importing goods and services to the right to work and residence, the challenges facing Ireland will be significant. However, the potential opportunities are also considerable.
What can Ireland do to protect its interests in the exit negotiations? What are the implications for trade and investment? How will the relationship, political and economic, with Northern Ireland be affected? Are there any advantages for Ireland arising from Brexit?
NetworkIrlande is delighted to welcome Rory Montgomery, Second Secretary General, European Union Division, Anne Lanigan, Head of Brexit Unit, Enterprise Ireland and Shane Hamill, Brexit Trade Specialist, Bord Bia as guest panellists at a round table discussion at the Embassy of Ireland on Tuesday 17th October at 18.30.
(There will be a registration fee of €20 for attendees who are not members of NetworkIrlande. Please contact contact@networkirlande for payment details).
