NetworkIrlande, in collaboration with the Embassy of Ireland in France, will host "Ireland and France: Scaling Up Together in the EU" on Thursday, 2 June, 8.30am to 12pm, at Station F, Europe's largest start-up incubator in the heart of Paris.
Together with panelists from the French and Irish Tech sectors, we will discuss how France and Ireland foster tech start-ups and scale-ups, Franco-Irish collaboration in tech and at EU level through Scale-Up Europe as well as the similarities and differences, and scope for further cooperation between France and Ireland.

In light of the breakthrough on the EU Digital Markets and Services Acts and the record-breaking year of growth for European start-ups in 2021, this panel will also discuss EU perspectives on the challenges and opportunities for tech companies in the Single Market, and areas of cooperation between Ireland and France at EU level, notably through Scale-Up Europe. With a new French government in place, we will also discuss what tech and start-up policy could look like over the next five years in both Ireland and France.

In a panel on Irish Tech Diaspora opportunities in France and Ireland, senior Irish tech professionals in France will share their experience and insights on opportunities for mobility. This panel will be followed by a networking session with panelists and guests.
