Axway Software has been renamed 74Software to reflect its change of dimension following the acquisition of Sopra Banking Software (SBS).
'The birth of 74Software marks an important step in the development of the new entity combining the strengths of Axway and SBS', explains the company in a press release.
This parent company will centralize the functions and services common to its product portfolio and its various brands", the company adds.
Axway completed the acquisition of Sopra Banking Software early September 2024, enabling it to "become one of France's leading enterprise software vendors, with leading positions in the banking and financial services industries".
The name 74Software was voted in at the EGM of December 06th.
