Ripple Racing is an Irish-Franco Offshore Racing team led by Irish Sailor Pamela Lee and French Entrepreneur Maxime Grimard, with a core value creating a positive impact for the empowerment of women through sports.

Pam is a Irish Skipper competing in the Class40 French Championships, as well as being on the team of a number of Multi-hull projects. With achievements such as Around Ireland World Records 2020, 2nd in Around Italy 2021 and 1st in the SSE Renewables Around Ireland Race 2023, she is on the threshold of a promising racing career in France. 

Max is a specialist in Racing Project Management and Communications, with over a decade’s experience at the head of many international ground-breaking projects in North America and France.
